Role Overview:
This role provides analytical, reporting and coordination support to agile delivery squads across Talent Acquisition technology initiatives.
This role supports a large-scale Talent Acquisition technology transformation delivered within the enterprise IT portfolio. The programme focuses on modernising Talent Acquisition platforms, processes and operating models through a combination of Workday Recruiting optimisation, AI-enabled capabilities and digital automation.
Delivery is organised around a product- and squad-based agile model, with work structured across multiple, interdependent workstreams. Teams operate at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, HR Technology and IT, translating functional Talent outcomes into scalable, secure and compliant technology solutions.
The successful candidate will have experience operating in complex IT delivery environments, with a strong understanding of Talent Acquisition or wider Talent functions, and the ability to balance pace, quality, risk and enterprise governance.
This role requires experience delivering IT-led HR or Talent technology projects and is not suitable for individuals with purely functional Talent Acquisition experience and no exposure to technology delivery or IT transformation environments.
What you will do:
- Maintain sprint, dependency and delivery trackers across agile workstreams.
- Support backlog refinement activities and agile ceremonies.
- Track RAID items, actions and delivery dependencies.
- Produce delivery and governance reporting for stakeholders and programme leadership teams.
- Support agile delivery squads across Workday Recruiting optimisation, AI-enabled capabilities and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Talent Acquisition stakeholders, HR Technology teams and enterprise IT delivery teams.
- Support delivery coordination across multiple interconnected workstreams.
- Contribute to the delivery of scalable, secure and compliant Talent technology solutions.
What you will have:
- Project or Delivery Analyst experience within IT programmes.
- Exposure to HR, Talent Acquisition or Talent technology environments.
- Experience supporting agile delivery teams and agile ceremonies.
- Strong analytical, reporting and coordination skills.
- Experience operating within complex IT delivery environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across fast-paced transformation programmes.
You will work with:
- You will work closely with agile delivery squads, Product Owners, Talent Acquisition stakeholders, HR Technology teams, enterprise IT delivery teams and external vendors.
- You will support the delivery of Talent Acquisition technology transformation initiatives focused on Workday optimisation, AI-enabled capabilities and digital automation.
