We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a technology consultancy that delivers meaningful digital solutions for clients across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. In this role you will help shape and embed the foundations of a new Business Analysis function within the organisation. The focus is on strong personal and professional skills alongside BA expertise. You will work directly with customers and internal teams to gather and translate requirements, manage stakeholders, and ensure that solutions deliver real value.

What you will do

Gather functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into clear user stories and backlogs

Work on projects involving Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, understanding capabilities and limitations

Support customers with process re-engineering to improve effectiveness

Produce clear documentation, process models and data flows

Facilitate workshops and Agile ceremonies to keep delivery on track

Act as subject matter expert for customer requirements and challenge where needed to drive value

What you will bring

Experience of requirements engineering and backlog management

Understanding of IT project delivery lifecycles and product ownership

Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and political awareness

Ability to balance multiple priorities and work effectively as part of a team

Confidence with process and data modelling using standard notations
