Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer

Location: Hybrid – Swansea (office every other Wed/Thu)

Status: Inside IR35 Contract

Start: ASAP

Day Rate: Dependent on experience

The Brief:

I’m supporting a major digital consultancy looking for a heavyweight Dynamics 365 / Power Platform specialist to join an enterprise programme. If you live and breathe D365 CE, automation at scale, and clean, structured dev, this is your contract.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and customising Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service ideally)

• Developing C# plugins , actions and workflow extensions

• Designing and optimising Power Automate Cloud Flows at scale

• Building Canvas Apps in an enterprise environment

• Supporting bespoke UI with TypeScript / JavaScript / HTML / CSS

• Working in a distributed team using Azure DevOps / Git / CI

• Collaborating closely with architects, BA’s and offshore teams

What you’ll need:

• Strong commercial experience across D365 CE + Power Platform

• Confident writing custom plugins and extensions

• Solid understanding of enterprise automation patterns

• Excellent communication and stakeholder confidence

• Ability to self-direct and deliver to tight sprint timelines

• Bonus: Microsoft certs (PL-200, MB-230, PL-100 etc.)

Hybrid expectation:

Home-based most of the time, with Swansea office attendance every other Wed/Thu .
