Infrastructure Analyst

We are looking for a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as an Infrastructure Analyst.

Purpose of the Role:

  • Responsible for providing IT support to the business and assisting the infrastructure technical engineers in the day-to-day management of server and desktop systems.
  • Work closely with the Retail Team to resolve technical issues with PICO, c2c’s ticket issuing system.
  • Responsible for providing support for all applications, business systems, desktop and mobile devices to the organisation and its employees.
  • Management of incidents, problems and requests, aligning with internal SLAs and KPIs.
  • Must look to continually improve on targets by regularly reviewing software, hardware and processes to fit the needs of the business. In conjunction with others, you will maintain systems documentation and ensure that change control procedures are followed.
  • Ensure that relevant IT business and industry standards are followed such as cyber security best practice and GDPR.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and licensing obligations where applicable.
  • This role will be based out of the organisation’s Central London HQ with occasional travel required along the route when requested.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Experience of working in a desktop support environment with a track record of providing excellent customer service when resolving incidents and requests is required
  • Experience of administering AD and Entra ID
  • Experience of supporting mobile devices and Mobile Device Management tools
  • Experience of VMWare and virtualisation and working with Azure Virtual Desktop
  • SCCM and InTune experience
  • Excellent understanding of licensing requirements. Must ensure that this knowledge is always current and work to understand all c2c environments where licensing is applicable.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and tactfully with all levels of staff
  • A highly motivated self-starter, able to work on own initiative and committed to self-development
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation desirable
  • Azure Fundamentals certification
