This role will be working alongside our fantastic sales team made up of 5 friendly and knowledgeable colleagues who are always happy to lend a helping hand. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Customer Support Specialist, based in London. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, addressing client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting with technical support requests. Responsibilities include resolving customer concerns, offering product guidance, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure excellent service standards and an elevated customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Sales Support: Assist new/existing clients (primarily through inbound telephone calls and emails) with quotations, pricing, product knowledge, stock availability, lead times and filter technical enquiries.
  • Order Processing: On completion of a sale, process sales orders in an accurate and timely manner and liaise with our warehouse team when necessary.
  • Returns Processing: Handle the RMA process for any faulty or unwanted goods returns.
  • Sales Acumen: Participate in pricing workflow solutions, problem solving and negotiating appropriately.
  • Client Retention: Enhance existing client relationships by meeting customer needs. Upsell client packages where possible and follow up on all quotations to make sure pricing is competitive.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer support and customer satisfaction skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships
  • Basic understanding of data storage products, compute and software for use within video workflows.
  • Proficiency in analytical skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Attention to detail and commitment to providing a high level of service
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in a client-focused or technical role is an advantage
  • References from previous experience
