£325 - £892 per day (via Umbrella) - depending on level and experience

cer Financial are working alongside a warm, dynamic international bank based in the City of London. They are currently hiring for two Technical Systems Analyst roles at each level - Vice President (VP) and Assistant Vice President (AVP).

The responsibilities will include:

· Support the technical delivery of ESG reporting solutions, from requirements through to implementation

· Gather, analyse, and document technical and non-functional requirements into detailed specifications

· Collaborate with Business, Data Governance, Risk, Compliance, Sustainability, and IT teams to ensure aligned solution design

· Facilitate end-to-end IT activities including design, configuration, testing, and deployment

· Ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements and internal ESG and data governance policies

· Contribute to data management practices, including data lineage, quality, and governance standards

· Support database design, schema development, and optimisation

· Develop and maintain data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) and documentation such as ERDs and data dictionaries

· Work closely with architects and engineers on data pipelines, integrations, and metadata structures

· Assist in implementing data governance tools, lineage tracking, and metadata repositories

The successful candidate will have:

· 5- 10 years experience of technical / business analysis

· Data analysis / data modelling / database design experience

· ESG knowledge

· Experience with system integration, data mapping, and data flow design

· Experience with modern data platforms, analytics tools, and cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, Databricks)

· Familiarity with ESG/sustainability reporting and BCBS239 frameworks

· Proficiency in tools such as SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and Visio

· Relevant bachelor’s degree required; advanced certifications or degrees are advantageous
