We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst with expertise in infrastructure governance and technology change management. The ideal candidate will support strategic initiatives across SDLC, production stability, evergreening, operational resilience, and emerging technologies like AI, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SDLC / Technology Change: Collaborate with engineering and project teams to document and manage infrastructure-related changes across the SDLC.
  • Ensure governance compliance during technology upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning activities.
  • Support change advisory boards (CAB) and risk assessments for infrastructure changes.
  • Production Stability: Analyze incidents and trends to identify root causes and recommend governance improvements. Work with operations teams to define KPIs and SLAs for infrastructure performance and stability. Document and track remediation plans for recurring production issues.
  • Evergreening: Maintain inventory of infrastructure assets and track lifecycle milestones. Support planning and execution of technology refresh programs to ensure systems remain current and supported. Align evergreening efforts with budget, risk, and compliance requirements.
  • Technology for Operational Resilience (TRMF): Assist in implementing TRMF (Technology Risk Management Framework) controls across infrastructure platforms. Document resilience strategies including backup, failover, and disaster recovery. Support audits and assessments related to operational resilience.
  • Tertiary Vault: Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to define governance around tertiary vault usage. Ensure data retention, access control, and compliance policies are documented and enforced.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on infrastructure governance and technology change.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, SDLC, and operational resilience frameworks.
  • Proven experience of working in Agile framework and banking domain.
  • Must have experience in SQL
  • Experience with governance tools and methodologies (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, TRMF).
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their infrastructure requirements.
  • Excellent documentation, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
