We are seeking an experienced, data-driven Asset Data and Systems Manager to support the delivery of organisational policies and strategies through high-quality, insight-led reporting. In this role, you will ensure that all asset data is accurate, robust, and aligned with the objectives set out in our asset management strategy, enabling effective decision-making across the business.

You will lead the asset data team, ensuring that both internal and external stakeholders have access to relevant, reliable information – critical amongst this is regularly providing updated investment costs data to enable its reconciliation against our financial business plan. This will include evaluating data held by other teams, reconciling it with asset management records, and embedding improved data into our systems. You will design and develop business intelligence (BI) reporting to support both operational and strategic management, while monitoring and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Using your ability to analyse and manipulate complex datasets, you will produce clear, accurate reports that identify trends, highlight risks, and provide actionable insights and recommendations across the Company. You’ll be responsible designing a data strategy for existing and new data sources within asset management, ensuring full compliance requirements are met with clear aims and objectives of the data’s lifecycle with clearly defined aims and objectives.

You will have extensive experience working with asset management systems and databases, including data cleansing and the design and generation of bespoke asset data reports. Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills are essential, along with a proven ability to deliver accurate, transparent, and meaningful information.

A confident and effective communicator, you will be customer-focused and motivated to exceed expectations by driving continuous improvement through data-led insights. With excellent attention to detail, you will maintain high standards of data quality and support the ongoing development of services that deliver value to our customers.

Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence is essential.
