D365 Business Analyst

Salary: £65,000 to £75,000

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled D365 Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and experience in analyzing business processes and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.
• Configure and customize D365 to meet business requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
