Job Description: We are representing a leading Modern Workplace partner seeking a motivated and dynamic Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Project Manager to join their team in Crawley. The ideal candidate will have up to 5 years of experience in managing D365 CE projects, demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage D365 CE projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 0-5 years of experience in project management, specifically with D365 CE.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE functionalities and capabilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
