Product & Project Management (All Levels) - UK Wide

We work with a range of UK employers actively hiring across these roles.

Job Description:

UK-Based (On-Site, Hybrid or Remote)

About the Role

We're looking for talented Product and Project Management professionals at all levels—from Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager and Scrum Master through to Product Owner, Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, Product Lead and Head of Product—for upcoming roles across the people who decide what gets built and make sure it ships. These are roles at the heart of a modern Product & Delivery function, where you'll turn ambition and constraints into working software in users' hands.

You'll work across the full delivery lifecycle—from shaping the problem and aligning stakeholders through to planning, execution, launch and measuring impact. The role suits someone who pairs strong delivery or product discipline with genuine commercial instinct and the leadership to align a cross-functional team without relying on authority.

Key Responsibilities

Shared across both tracks:

  • Partner with engineering, design, business and stakeholders to align on what to build and why
  • Own communication, reporting and stakeholder alignment across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Manage dependencies, risks and trade-offs, and clear the blockers that slow a team down
  • Drive delivery cadence and keep momentum toward outcomes that matter

(Product track focus):

  • Own product vision, strategy and roadmap for your area
  • Lead discovery—user research, problem validation and opportunity sizing
  • Prioritise the backlog against user value and commercial outcomes
  • Define success metrics (activation, retention, revenue) and measure real impact
  • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria and steer them through delivery

(Project / Delivery track focus):

  • Plan and run delivery—scope, schedule, budget and resourcing
  • Run Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban) or hybrid / traditional delivery as the context demands
  • Maintain RAID discipline—risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies—and clear governance and reporting
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and third parties to hit milestones
  • Track delivery against time, cost and quality, and report progress with honesty

What You'll Bring

Technical & Methodology Expertise:

  • Strong grounding in delivery methodologies—Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and traditional / hybrid where it fits
  • Hands-on with delivery and product tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Monday, Confluence; roadmap tools such as Productboard or Aha!)
  • (Product) Discovery techniques, roadmapping, product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA) and experimentation / A/B testing
  • (Delivery) Planning, budgeting, governance, RAID and risk / stakeholder management
  • Comfortable working closely with engineering and reasoning about technical trade-offs
  • Relevant certifications a plus (Scrum CSM / PSM, Prince2, PMP, SAFe, or recognised product certifications)

Leadership & Soft Skills:

  • Stakeholder leadership and the ability to influence without authority
  • Excellent communication and storytelling
  • Decisiveness and prioritisation under ambiguity
  • Commercial awareness—connecting the work to outcomes the business cares about
  • Comfortable holding the room across engineering, design, commercial and executive audiences
  • Collaborative, calm and outcome-focused

Domain Flexibility:

  • Roles span SaaS, fintech, data and AI platforms, e-commerce, healthtech, public sector and B2B products
  • Background in any of these is welcomed; appetite to learn an adjacent domain valued just as much

Experience Level:

  • Minimum 2+ years for Project Manager / Product Manager, 4+ for Senior, 7+ for Lead / Head of
  • Background in project, programme, delivery, product management or product ownership
  • Examples of products shipped or deliveries landed that you've owned end-to-end

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to work where what you ship genuinely moves the business
  • Exposure to modern delivery practice, product tooling and cross-functional teams
  • Roles at the level you're ready for—we're hiring across the full Product & Delivery spectrum
  • A collaborative environment where delivery discipline and product instinct are both valued
  • Clear scope to develop specialist depth (product, delivery, programme, technical) or stay broad
  • Flexible working arrangements (on-site, hybrid or remote) and supportive team culture

Benefits:

  • Flexitime
  • Work from home
