Full Stack Engineer
Mid - Mid Senior Software Engineer | Hybrid (3 days a week London) | Up to £90k | React + Python
We’re currently working with a fast-growing, technology-driven startup that’s on a mission to transform personalised consumer experiences through innovation and scale. Their platform powers a multi-brand ecosystem, supported by proprietary technology spanning e-commerce, data, and in-house operations.
As they enter their next phase of growth, they’re looking for a Full stack engineer to join a high-impact team. They embrace modern, AI-assisted development workflows and treat agentic tools as a core part of how they build and ship software.
This is a hybrid role, with three days per week in a Central London office and two days remote.
What you'll do:
- Work on clean, responsive, accessible React/TypeScript for the storefront and the consultation experience.
- Work into the Python/Flask backend to get a feature out the door, with support from senior engineers.
What we're looking for:
- Solid, recent, hands-on experience building production React/TypeScript interfaces. A non-trivial piece of work you can walk us through and explain well.
- Able and willing to work in a Python/Flask backend to get a feature shipped
- Component structure, state management, performance, and an instinct for testing.
- You hold a high bar for correctness and detail, because this is a clinical product people rely on, not just a marketing site.
- React and TypeScript; working comfort with Python/Flask; relational databases (MySQL) a plus.
- Clear communicator
- Roughly 3-6 years building software in production. We read for depth in your area, not years.
