Principal Consultant

Principal Consultant - Health focused consulting experience - hybrid London - £130,000 base

I am currently working with a growing consultancy that delivers transformation and advisory services across a range of sectors. As part of its continued expansion, the business is looking to establish and grow its presence within the health market and is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead this development.

This role combines consulting delivery, client development, and practice growth. The successful individual will play a key role in building relationships within the health sector while leading and overseeing multiple client engagement s.

Responsibiliti es

• Develop and grow consulting opportunities within the health market

• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

• Lead multiple consulting engagements and workstreams simultaneously

• Provide strategic oversight and direction across client projects

• Support and mentor consultants across project delivery teams

• Contribute to the ongoing development of the health consulting practice

• Identify opportunities for wider consulting services and future growth

• Balance business development activity alongside engagement leadership responsibilit ies

What We're Looking For

• Experience working within health-focused consulting environments

• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills

• Experience leading consulting engagements and delivering transformation initiatives

• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and develop opportunities

• Ability to operate across both business development and delivery activities

• Experience supporting and developing consulting teams

• Collaborative approach and strong cultural alignment

• Exposure to education technology environments would be advantageous
