Product Manager – remote - £80,000 full time permanent position

We are supporting a fast-growing scale up that delivers hands-on, practical training through real-world labs and guided learning paths, helping individuals and organisations build meaningful security capability at scale.

This is a Product Manager role focused on driving adoption across B2B and education users. It’s a hands-on, high-ownership position for someone who enjoys pace, ambiguity, and building products that have real-world impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Owning a significant part of the B2B and Education product, including discovery, onboarding, purchasing, and retention
  • Working closely with Engineering and Design to ship quickly, test ideas, and iterate based on real user feedback
  • Partnering with Sales and Customer Success to understand customer pain points and translate them into product decisions
  • Shaping self-serve experiences, pricing and packaging, and product-led growth motions
  • Driving activation, retention, and expansion through experimentation and data-led decision making
  • Operating in a largely greenfield space, challenging assumptions and helping define what “good” looks like as the product scales

Skills & experience

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager within B2B software
  • Proven experience working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Strong understanding of product-led growth and B2C2B models
  • Data-driven approach, with experience using analytics tools such as Amplitude
  • Confident communicator, able to turn complex feedback into clear product requirements
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and bias toward action
