Software Engineer

Software Engineer | Central London (1 day p/w in office) | Up to £80k + Great Equity Package

We’re working with a fast growing SaaS business that is building technology that makes a real-world impact, with a strong focus on collaboration, ownership, and product thinking.

The Role

This role is ideal for a product-minded engineer who wants to take the next step in ownership and impact. You won’t just be writing code, you’ll be shaping features, influencing product decisions, and owning work end-to-end. You’ll work closely with product, design, and data teams, and have real input into what gets built and how.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship full-stack features across frontend and backend
• Take ownership of projects from idea through to production and iteration
• Work closely with product and design to shape user-focused solutions
• Make pragmatic decisions that balance speed and long-term quality
• Help improve systems, processes, and engineering culture

Tech Stack

• TypeScript (Next.js), Node.js, Python (FastAPI)
• GCP, Vercel
• Monorepo architecture
• AI-driven features in production

What They’re Looking For

• Experience as a full-stack engineer
• Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript (Next.js is a plus)
• Backend experience with Node.js and/or Python
• A product mindset, someone who cares about user outcomes, not just code
• Someone ready to step up in ownership and take initiative
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
