We are working with a FinTech that provides a scalable, cloud-native banking platform that empowers small and medium-sized banks globally to innovate at a fraction of the cost. Our modular platform can be consumed as a whole or in parts, simplifying the deployment and scaling of banking services. They are expanding through partnerships and SaaS licensing, with a focus on global expansion and modernization of banking tech stacks.

Key Skills

• Hands-on management of cloud platform configurations across multiple providers, focusing on development and customer support.
• Drive DevSecOps, infrastructure, and security best practices with onshore and offshore teams.
• Manage and optimize AWS environments, leveraging services like CloudWatch, Kubernetes, and GuardDuty.
• Lead cloud operations projects, ensuring proper design and operational resilience.
• Review and recommend AWS-related changes, coordinating between development and infrastructure teams.
• Maintain operational alignment with ITIL standards and audit/compliance requirements.
• Support SaaS applications like Salesforce, Mambu, Glia, and Nice Actimize.
• Work with support teams and external partners to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience managing AWS services (e.g., CloudWatch, Kubernetes, Route53).
• Expertise in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, and Jenkins.
• Strong Microsoft 365 Global Administration skills, with a focus on security and compliance.
• Solid understanding of ITIL principles, managing lifecycle processes.
• Some financial services experience, with knowledge of Banking SaaS applications a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
