The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Full Stack Developer (or early mid-level) to join a growing team and play a hands-on role in shaping a Django-powered web and desktop application. You’ll work alongside experienced developers and contribute directly to new features, bug fixes, and the full product lifecycle.

You’ll be based in their award-winning Fareham office, with some flexibility available once you’ve settled in.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend functionality using Django and Python
• Build and style responsive UI components using JavaScript (TypeScript), HTML, and SCSS
• Collaborate in an agile team and contribute to sprint cycles
• Maintain high code quality and participate in reviews
• Work across both web and desktop applications

What They're Looking For

• 1–2 years of commercial experience
• Solid experience with Django in production environments
• Full stack development skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS)
• Exposure to SQL, REST APIs, and Git workflows
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
• Bonus if you’ve worked with Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms
