.NET Engineer – Hybrid Manchester

My client are looking for a .NET Engineer to join their hybrid development team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping cloud-based products, leading engineering efforts while collaborating closely with product teams and remote developers.

Our client offers hybrid working with 1–2 days per week in their Manchester office , providing the balance of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration that makes great teams thrive.

What You’ll Do

As an Engineer, you’ll:

• Lead by example, guiding engineers both locally and remotely.
• Work across a modern Microsoft tech stack, including .NET and Azure.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality features.
• Explore new technologies (including AI) to accelerate innovation.
• Complete POCs and technical spikes to assess new opportunities.
• Develop secure, responsive web and mobile applications.
• Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality.
• Share your knowledge and technical achievements with the wider team.

• Languages: C#, TypeScript, Vue3, React Native
• Frameworks & Tools: .NET, ASP.NET Core, Bootstrap, jQuery, Visual Studio 2022
• Platforms & Infrastructure: Azure, Proprietary cloud, IBM
• Databases: Azure SQL, GraphQL, IBM DB2
