We’re Hiring: Software Engineer (Frontend-Focused, Junior–Mid Level)

Location: Hybrid (West London Office, 2 days/week)

Salary: Up to £70,000

The Role

We’re looking for a Software Engineer with strong frontend instincts and an eye for detail — someone who cares deeply about building clean, performant, and accessible user interfaces. You’ll primarily focus on crafting great UI/UX using modern frameworks, while also contributing to backend services and integrations when needed.

This role is ideal for someone with commercial experience in frontend engineering and a growing confidence in backend development, looking to step into more responsibility.

What You’ll Do

• Build and refine responsive, accessible user interfaces using TypeScript and Next.js
• Collaborate with product designers and stakeholders to deliver intuitive user experiences
• Contribute to backend APIs and services using Node.js and Python
• Help integrate AI-powered features into the frontend in meaningful, user-centric ways
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and iterative product improvements
• Learn from experienced engineers and take on more ownership as you grow

Tech Stack

• Frontend: TypeScript, Next.js, React
• Backend: Node.js, Python (FastAPI)
• Infrastructure: Vercel, Google Cloud Platform
• Architecture: Monorepo with shared internal packages
• AI: AI-powered features embedded into customer and internal tools

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and React-based frameworks (Next.js preferred)
• Good eye for design, usability, and performance on the frontend
• Some experience (or willingness to grow) with backend technologies like Node.js or Python
• Interest in integrating or working with AI-enhanced features
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
