Solutions Architect (United Kingdom)

Fraud Architect | Hybrid (anywhere in the UK) | Inside IR35 (rate DOE) | 6-Month Initial Contract | Financial Services Sector

We’re supporting a leading financial institution on a long-term fraud transformation program and seeking a Fraud Architect to play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of secure, scalable architecture within their fraud prevention division.

This is a 6-month initial engagement over a 12-month project. Quick interview process and looking to get somebody started ASAP.

Required Experience:

• Extensive experience in fraud architecture within banking or financial services
• Proven work with technologies such as Featurespace, Teradata VaaS, Falcon, Arcot, Callsign, Actimize IFM, Threatmetrix, Dynamics
• ISO 20022 data modelling expertise
• Strong AWS and Azure native architecture knowledge
• Experience designing event-driven microservices (Kafka, Kubernetes, Kong Gateway)
• Familiarity with security and integration tools such as Ping Identity, CDC Precisely, Mongo Atlas, ZOS Connect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design for fraud detection and prevention systems
• Design scalable, event-driven microservices and cloud-native architectures
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define and document high-level designs
• Support architecture review forums through strong communication and presentation skills
