We're supporting a large-scale transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Cutover Manager to join immediately during a critical phase of delivery.

This is a hands-on role focused on managing a complex go-live with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and dependencies. The successful candidate will take ownership of the cutover planning, execution, and post-go-live hypercare activities to ensure a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end cutover plan for a major technology rollout.
  • Coordinate activities across technical and business teams leading up to go-live.
  • Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and actions.
  • Facilitate cutover readiness meetings and stakeholder communications.
  • Lead the hypercare phase following go-live, ensuring issues are triaged and resolved effectively.
  • Provide regular updates to programme leadership and key stakeholders.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience working as a Cutover Manager on large-scale transformation or technology programmes.
  • Strong track record delivering successful go-lives and managing hypercare periods.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with multiple moving parts.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams.

Contract Details:

  • Rate: £600/day (Inside IR35)
  • Location: Northampton – 4 days onsite per week
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Duration: Until the end of August 2026
