AI Consultant

Everyone knows they need to use AI. Almost no one knows how.

That gap is the biggest pain point in business right now, and it is what we exist to close. Our internal software abstracts the complexity of AI away from the end user and walks them, step by step, into outcomes they could not reach on their own. You will be the human on the other side of that software: the strategic partner who turns curiosity into competitive advantage.

If you want to join a company that is not threatened by AI, but is genuinely on the offensive inside the industry, keep reading.

THE COMPANY

doja is a Manchester-built AI company. We have just closed a £1.3M round at a £20m valuation, with five consultant seats now open.

Our founders came from corporate behemoths like Amazon and Virgin and used everything they hated about work life as the blueprint for what doja would not become. The result is a serious, ambitious, anti-corporate company with a four-product suite, a growing American client base, and a flagship product (Eureka) that you will live inside every day.

THE ROLE

You will use doja's software to take real clients from "we should probably be doing something with AI" to a working strategy, working systems, and working ROI. You will become their AI strategic partner, not a vendor, not a deck-deliverer.

You do not need to be technical. You need to be sharp, curious, and allergic to corporate theatre.

WHO WE HIRE

Past consulting experience is a plus, never a requirement — we train everyone from scratch. Backgrounds we keep hiring well from:

  • Product Managers
  • Marketing Managers
  • Account Executives & Account Managers
  • SDRs
  • Operations Managers (or Operations Executives)

Manager titles are not required. If you are an executive-level operator with the right instincts, you are in scope.

COMPENSATION

£30,000 starting, rising to £45,000 within a minimum of two years.

On top of base, full-ramp consultants earn commission and performance bonuses adding £5,000–£25,000 per year, depending on how well you perform with external clients.

Ramp is roughly three months of structured training and direct work with the founders, so you understand exactly where the company is heading and why.

THE ENVIRONMENT
  • A beautiful office in Number One Spinningfields, one of the nicest buildings in Manchester.
  • Apple Macs as standard. No one is gouging their eyes out on a Lenovo ThinkPad.
  • Free barista coffee. Free beer.
  • Great kit, genuine social calendar, no corporate theatre.
  • Close working relationship with the founders from day one.
  • Realistic possibility of international travel as our American client base grows.
