dotslash is a fast-growing Service Operations consultancy with a clear mission: to help the world’s largest enterprises scale their technology operations. We are making a significant, long-term investment in Glasgow. Our City Centre office is not a satellite branch - it is our Development Hub. It is the engine room of our entire delivery arm. Every technical hire we make happens here, and every major project is delivered from here.

We are looking for ambitious individuals to join our new monthly cohorts. You will join a "class" of peers, training together and launching your careers together.

What You Will Do:

You will become an expert in the tools that run the modern internet. You will start with a broad foundation, with the opportunity to specialize as you grow. The stack includes:

• The Platforms: HaloITSM, BigPanda, Dynatrace, and AWS (CloudWatch).
• The Methodology: You will master the proprietary dotslash Service Operations Framework—our unique approach to solving complex operational challenges.
