Azure DevOps Engineer

Azure DevOps DevSecOps Engineer | 6-Month Contract | Dublin (1 Day Onsite/Week) | Inside IR35

Join a specialist consultancy delivering secure, scalable cloud transformation for highly regulated enterprises across finance, government, and telecoms. We’re looking for an experienced Azure DevOps DevSecOps Engineer to lead the design and implementation of secure, compliant CI/CD pipelines within a complex Azure enterprise environment.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in technically hands-on, agile delivery teams—where quality, automation, and security are non-negotiable.

• Build and maintain secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (ADO)

• Lead enterprise-wide adoption of Terraform-based infrastructure deployments via ADO

• Implement security controls and policy-as-code within pipelines to meet compliance standards

• Migrate legacy pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) to Azure DevOps using GitOps principles

• Consult with dev teams on best practices and continuously improve DevSecOps tooling

• Proven hands-on experience designing enterprise-grade ADO pipelines (VMs, AKS, serverless)

• Deep knowledge of Terraform, infrastructure as code, and pipeline validation frameworks

• Skilled in securing pipelines using SAST/DAST, dependency scanning, and secrets management

• Familiar with regulated environments and compliance automation (e.g., Azure Policies)

• Strong communicator with a consultative mindset and a passion for clean, secure delivery

This is an inside IR35 position based in London area with 1 day per week onsite.
