Scum Master certified desirable - will accept Stamp 1G student or spousal (must be valid for 12 months)

Key Responsibilities:

Scrum Master (70%):

• Lead agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement).
• Facilitate communication and alignment between several different technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Track and manage project timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Report on project progress clearly to client and Deloitte management.

Solutions Architect (30%):

• Develop high-level technical solution designs aligned with EU security and compliance standards.
• Provide technical guidance to development and infrastructure teams.
• Validate solution components, focusing on scalability, resilience, security (encryption/signatures), and operational monitoring.
• Coordinate technical decision-making, resolving architectural ambiguities.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• 5+ years’ experience as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead, preferably in regulated environments (finance, telecom, government, compliance).
• 3+ years’ proven experience in Solutions Architecture or Technical Design Lead roles.
• Strong knowledge of secure API integrations, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), data validation workflows, and EU regulatory environments.
• Familiarity with digital signatures, encryption (TLS, PKI), XML schema standards, and RESTful API designs.
• Exceptional communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Agile certification (Scrum Master) and Cloud Architecture certification preferred (AWS/GCP/Azure Solutions Architect).
• Previous experience with major consulting firms is beneficial.
