Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented TikTok LIVE Producer & Moderator Executive to manage the technical and operational aspects of TikTok LIVE sessions. This role is responsible for planning daily LIVE schedules, coordinating with hosts, ensuring smooth LIVE, supporting hosts throughout each session, preparing promotional materials, and optimising the overall LIVE shopping experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesLIVE Planning & Scheduling
  • Plan and coordinate the daily LIVE schedule with hosts, affiliates, and internal teams.
  • Communicate with hosts to confirm LIVE dates, times, products, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure all LIVE sessions are scheduled and prepared in advance.
  • Coordinate any schedule changes and communicate updates promptly to all relevant internal members and clients.
  • Maintain a LIVE calendar and ensure sufficient LIVE coverage to achieve business targets.
LIVE Production & Setup
  • Set up and manage TikTok LIVE sessions before, during, and after broadcasts.
  • Configure LIVE products, Flash Sales, vouchers, and promotional settings.
  • Prepare and organize the LIVE product queue according to the planned schedule.
  • Ensure all LIVE settings are correctly configured before going live.
  • Coordinate with hosts, affiliate managers, and the operations team to ensure a smooth LIVE experience.
LIVE Monitoring
  • Monitor LIVE performance in real time, including:
  • Viewer count
  • GMV and sales performance
  • Product clicks
  • Add-to-cart rate
  • Comments and audience engagement
  • Monitor the LIVE throughout the broadcast and provide immediate operational support when needed.
  • Quickly identify and resolve technical or operational issues during the LIVE.
  • Escalate any urgent issues to the relevant teams.
  • Track stock availability and coordinate with the operations team if products are running low.
Creative Assets & Materials
  • Create and prepare all necessary LIVE creative materials, including:
  • LIVE stickers
  • Promotional banners
  • Countdown graphics
  • Product highlight visuals
  • Other supporting assets required for LIVE sessions.
  • Ensure promotional materials are accurate, up to date, and aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Support the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns and special events.
OBS Operation
  • Operate and manage OBS Studio during LIVE broadcasts.
  • Configure scenes, overlays, transitions, audio, video sources, and streaming settings.
  • Troubleshoot OBS-related issues to ensure stable and professional LIVE production.
  • Optimise streaming quality based on platform requirements.
Performance Reporting
  • Prepare post-LIVE performance reports.
  • Analyse key metrics and provide recommendations to improve future LIVE sessions.
  • Document technical issues, audience feedback, product performance, and key learnings after each LIVE.
Requirements

 

Essential Skills
  • Experience with TikTok LIVE or other livestream e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of OBS Studio, including scene setup, overlays, audio/video configuration, troubleshooting, and stream management.
  • Experience planning and coordinating daily LIVE schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop LIVE features, Flash Sales, vouchers, and product management.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure during LIVE broadcasts.
  • Ability to work in front of the camera
Preferred Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in live production or live event production
  • Experience in livestream production or e-commerce operations.
  • Live Events Production, Live Production & Technical Arts, or Stage & Production Management
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar design software.
  • Understanding of livestream sales strategies and audience engagement.
  • Experience analysing LIVE performance data and making optimisation recommendations.
