Role Description

We’re growing. Fast. And with that growth comes a simple challenge. Making sure every customer gets the same high-quality experience when our platform goes live.

At eDynamix, we build a platform that connects every part of a dealership. Sales, service, CRM, payments. One system, working as one. It’s powerful, but only if it lands properly with the people using it every day.

That’s where you come in.

We’re expanding our team and looking for an Implementation Specialist to take projects from “ready” to fully live, embedded, and working in real dealership environments across the UK. You won’t be involved in selling or configuring the system. Your focus is what happens next. Testing it, validating it, training teams, and making sure the transition into live operation is smooth and controlled.

You will step into projects once they are configured and prepared. You’ll test thoroughly, challenge anything that doesn’t feel right, and make sure everything is ready before a customer ever sees it. You’ll work closely with the Customer Success and Onboarding Teams to confirm readiness, align with Customer Relationship Managers on expectations, and ensure Support are set up for a clean handover.

Then you’ll take ownership of deployment.

You’ll deliver training that is clear, practical, and tailored to each dealership. You’ll guide teams through go-live with confidence, answering questions, solving problems, and keeping things moving.

Go-live is only the start.

You’ll stay close during hypercare, making sure the system is being used properly and delivering value from day one. If something isn’t working, you’ll spot it early. If adoption is low, you’ll address it. If there’s friction, you’ll remove it.

You will be home-based, but this is a hands-on role. You’ll be travelling across the UK regularly, working directly with customers on-site as well as remotely. A full UK driving licence is required.

This role suits someone who is confident with software, comfortable working with customers, and able to take control of situations without overcomplicating them. You need to be organised, but also adaptable. No two deployments are the same.

Experience in automotive or dealership environments is essential, as is your ability to get systems working in the real world and make people confident using them.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to manage and optimise software implementation processes
  • Proficient in customer service and customer satisfaction, with a focus on relationship management
  • Experience in software implementation, including planning and executing deployment projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interaction
  • Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Experience in the automotive industry is essential
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment
