Oracle Integration (OIC/OCI) Consultant

Participate and provide valuable assist in executing Oracle ERP and HCM Projects for eKal Solutions clients, both on-site and remote as required.

Ability to Design, Build, Test and fully document all technical aspects related to Oracle Cloud.

Provide input to Project Plans as per client requirements, work with eKal ERP and HCM Consultants to ensure client deliveries are met.

You will assist with design solutions, expertise and guidance for Oracle Integrations and Extensions for our clients.

You should be customer focussed with strong documentation skills and able to work independently and unsupervised.

Key Accountabilities Design and develop integrations in OIC to Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud including making REST and SOAP calls and FBDI File Uploads.

Design and develop integrations in OIC to Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud including extracting data using BI Publisher reports, analysis, and OTBI Reports.

Design and develop integrations in OIC to Oracle HCM Cloud including extracting data using HCM Extracts.

Design and develop customizations using Visual Builder and Process Builder in OIC to Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud.

Provide hands-on technical and development support for implemented Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud modules.

Provide hands-on technical and development support for implemented integrations in OIC to Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud.

Provide hands-on technical and development support for implemented customizations using Visual Builder and Process Builder in OIC to Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud.

Gather and document business requirements on IT incidents and change work.

Document and manage technical specifications and software packages.

Manage on-time changes delivery and business expectations and ensure internal customer satisfaction.

Provide hands-on analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support utilizing prescribed software design lifecycle techniques and system documentation techniques (AIMS/OUM).

Complete development tasks based on requirements submitted by business partners and best practices.

Person Specification Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Oracle E-Business support experience – 1 year minimum Oracle ERP and HCM integration delivery using Oracle Integration Cloud (minimum 1).

Experience with system interfaces (predominantly on a PaaS Cloud).

Experience building integration in OIC using REST/SOAP Services.

Experience building integrations in OIC, building and Uploading FBDI Files to Oracle ERP Cloud.

Knowledge of Oracle Interface tables in financial and procurement modules.

Hands-On Experience with reporting tools such as OTBI, and BI Publisher.

Hands-On development of ATP Database objects including but not limited to packages and functions using SQL/PLSQL and exposing them as REST using ORDS.

Good Knowledge of building custom ESS jobs.

Hands-on with development and unit testing of VBCS components using OIC.

Strong knowledge of Oracle development tools, some e-Business application functionality, system administration, database structure, online patching, and knowledge of multi-Org architecture.

Excellent Communicator, with a keen eye for detail on documentation Technical requirements: Mandatory: FBDI files, OTBI Reports, Oracle BI Publisher, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Integration Cloud and Java core skills.

Advantage: Web Adi, APEX.

Must have good experience translating business requirements and design into technical solutions.

Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot and support complex system customizations.

The ability to multi-task and prioritize across concurrent workloads may be required.
