You must have experience:
- Building landing pages directly inside HubSpot CMS
- Owning conversion rate optimization for a B2B SaaS company
- Selling into mid-market / enterprise with $50k–$500k annual deal sizes
- Driving measurable improvements in:
- Google Ads Quality Score
- Conversion rate (demo / qualified form fills)
- Cost per qualified opportunity
- Clearly articulating how your CRO work translated into pipeline and revenue, not just lift in CTR

Role Description
We are hiring a hands-on CRO Engineer to own website conversion performance end-to-end.
Your core metric:
Increase qualified demo requests from high-intent traffic.
You will be responsible for:
• Strategy
• Analysis
• Design
• Build
• Experimentation
• Iteration
You will build landing pages directly in HubSpot without requiring engineering support.
Qualifications and experience
- 3+ years of CRO experience in B2B SaaS
- Direct hands-on experience building pages inside HubSpot CMS
- Experience optimizing paid search landing pages (Google Ads)
Demonstrated improvements in:
- Landing page conversion rate
- Cost per demo
- Quality Score
- Pipeline generation
Strong understanding of:
- Enterprise buyer psychology
- Long sales cycles
- Multi-step demo funnels
- Ability to analyze funnel data (HubSpot, GA4, attribution tools)
- Comfortable running A/B tests and iterative experiments weekly
