You must have experience:

  • Building landing pages directly inside HubSpot CMS
  • Owning conversion rate optimization for a B2B SaaS company
  • Selling into mid-market / enterprise with $50k–$500k annual deal sizes
  • Driving measurable improvements in:
  • Google Ads Quality Score
  • Conversion rate (demo / qualified form fills)
  • Cost per qualified opportunity
  • Clearly articulating how your CRO work translated into pipeline and revenue, not just lift in CTR

Role Description

We are hiring a hands-on CRO Engineer to own website conversion performance end-to-end.

Your core metric:

Increase qualified demo requests from high-intent traffic.

You will be responsible for:

• Strategy

• Analysis

• Design

• Build

• Experimentation

• Iteration

You will build landing pages directly in HubSpot without requiring engineering support.

Qualifications and experience

  • 3+ years of CRO experience in B2B SaaS
  • Direct hands-on experience building pages inside HubSpot CMS
  • Experience optimizing paid search landing pages (Google Ads)

Demonstrated improvements in:

  • Landing page conversion rate
  • Cost per demo
  • Quality Score
  • Pipeline generation

Strong understanding of:

  • Enterprise buyer psychology
  • Long sales cycles
  • Multi-step demo funnels
  • Ability to analyze funnel data (HubSpot, GA4, attribution tools)
  • Comfortable running A/B tests and iterative experiments weekly
