EMEA Senior Account Director - Insurance

Preference: MEDDIC, Challenger Sales, business value selling, airtight business cases.
🔑 What You’ll Do
- Own strategic account plans for key global insurers
- Hunt + farm: pipeline via outreach, relationships, marketing leads
- Be the trusted C-suite advisor – solve real problems with AI
- Run complex deals: discovery → value cases → negotiation → close
- Hit & exceed quarterly quotas
- Rep us at events, webinars, exec dinners
✅ Who You Are
- 10+ yrs enterprise SaaS sales / account leadership
- Deep P&C or L&H insurance sales experience
- MEDDIC / Challenger / Value Selling mastery (preferred)
- Sold to C-suite in global insurers
- Fluent English + 1 European language (big plus)
