About the role
As a Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on rolling out Sage X3, Sage Intacct, and their own X3CloudDocs projects. You'll be the go-to person making sure everything runs smoothly working with the team, customers, and partners to deliver great results, on time and on budget.
Key Areas of Activity
- End-to-end management of SageX3, Sage Intacct, and the company’s proprietary X3 Cloud Docs implementation projects
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinating with internal teams, external stakeholders and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, whilst maintaining high quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring effective mitigation strategies

For the role of Project Manager, there is an excellent salary on offer of c£60,000 per annum depending on experience plus:

About you
To be successful for the role of Project Manager, you must be / have:
- Experienced in SaaS project implementation, ideally Sage X3, Sage Intacct, Netsuite, SAPB1 or MS Business Central/Dynamics
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously within an SME or consultancy environment
- Excellent project planning, scheduling, and proficient in using project management tools like Asana, MS Project, Jira or similar
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced SME environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service
- Hold a professional qualification in project management i.e. PMP, Prince1 or Agile
