You will work closely with the Chief of Staff, providing world-class administrative and operational support to the company's C-suite Leaders. Your aim is to ensure seamless, resilient and collaborative support during this dynamic, high growth phase of the business. You will work in the Corporate Support Pool, giving you exposure across all C-Suite Leaders ensuring no Executive is without support during peak times. Our client provides active mentorship and as they grow they will actively support members of the support pool in developing their careers weather that's in their current role or exploring new opportunities elsewhere in the business. What you'll be doing
- Act as a key member of the PA pool, delivering a high-level, professional standard of administrative support to the entire C-suite as directed by the Chief of Staff
- Manage complex, multi-executive calendars, organise and co-ordinate high stakes internal and external meetings and appointments
- Co-ordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements for the exec team
- Assist the Chief of Staff with the operation of the Chairman's office, including diary and travel arrangements
- Track action items and follow-ups from key exec meetings to ensure accountability
- Collaborate seamlessly with other PA's in the pool to manage overflow, cover absences and ensure consistent, high-quality support across the business
- Ideally you will have previous experience within a PA or Support role
