Job Title: Field Marketing Manager

Location: Shoreditch or maybe Reading (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)

Duration: 12 months contract (Mat. Cover)

Max. Budget: £70k £90k per annum paid holidays pension or £390 - £490 per day Inside IR35

Description:

  • The role of the Field Marketing Manager is to build and lead the planning and execution of relevant marketing programmes, supporting the sales teams across the UK, Ireland and South Africa.
  • To be successful, candidates will have to demonstrate experience in helping organisations grow through a wide range of marketing activity from field to digital to traditional marketing techniques.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Working with sales team to understand market needs and translate them into actionable programs, leveraging our EMEA and global programs
  • Driving the marketing plan, identifying the channels/activities/programs which will support the achievement of quarterly pipeline and revenue goals through pursuit and deal based Marketing
  • Supporting Executive Engagement marketing strategies
  • Track and report on performance (e.g. account coverage, pipeline movement, C-level access) and create action plans and continuously optimise based on insights
  • Design and deliver bespoke experiences (bootcamps, roundtables, exec dinners) to influence deals, unlock greenfield accounts, and strengthen C-level relationships.
  • Combine visionary narratives with technical depth to engage stakeholders and drive transformation conversations.
  • Partner with digital and demand gen teams to extend event impact through tailored pre-engagement, digital journeys, and post-event nurture..

  • Knowledge of customers and competitive marketing programs, which is used to develop effective marketing programs and messages
  • Experience in creating account and deal-based marketing programmes

  • Presents convincingly to executives, partners, and customers
  • Ability to influence peers through collaborative working
  • Works well with agencies and partners to deliver outstanding and creative marketing execution
  • Ability to get up and running quickly as a contractor.

Education & Relevant Experience:

  • BA/BSc Degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience working in B2B technology enterprise marketing, ideally in a marketing technology vendor
  • This is a multi-disciplinary role, giving broad exposure across all areas of marketing.
  • The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of achievement, proven ability to learn quickly on the job and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Previous experience developing, executing and managing events, webinars, partner marketing initiatives, customer engagement programs, online advertising, sponsorships, target account marketing, hospitality and direct marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management skills and experience, including managing external agencies
  • Analytical and results orientated individual in tune with revenue marketing principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills
  • Must possess a passion for learning industry-leading marketing tactics and best practices
