Objectives of this Role

Strategize, implement, and maintain Private 5G Delivery program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and growth.

Maintain and elevate organizational standards within our Private 5G Delivery methodology of satisfaction, quality, and performance, setting benchmarks for excellence.

Deliver a portfolio of complex Private 5G Delivery projects/programmes, ensuring all project goals are consistently reached and exceed expectations.

Manage substantial budgets and funding channels for maximum productivity and strategic investment, demonstrating strong financial acumen.

What you’ll be doing...

This executive role will be focused on the strategic and technical program management of our international Private 5G Network projects. This role requires a sophisticated mix of organizational leadership, technical expertise, and executive consultative skills. A successful resource will have a proven knack for building and nurturing strategic relationships with our key business customers and high-level vendor partners. You will work closely with executive sales teams, internal and external technology partners, product management leadership, and third parties to architect and deliver groundbreaking customer outcomes. This includes leading and approving executive project documentation, high-level reporting, strategic progress tracking, complex third-party management, executive customer and internal communication, comprehensive program governance, and rigorous quality assurance activities. A successful candidate will have the ability to influence and manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.

You should not only be passionate about delivering accurate, on-time solutions, you will also be contributing to the development of high-performance teams through rigorous goal-setting, disciplined attention to performance metrics, continuous process improvement, and mentorship at an organizational level. This individual must work collaboratively in a dynamic, face-paced environment and proactively seek creative and innovative solutions to complex, multi-faceted problems.

You’ll need to have:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively participate in and lead discussions and present complex material at executive and board levels, to both highly technical and non-technical audiences.

Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, technology management, business management, or similar.

Expert knowledge of Private Wireless Networks deployment processes and their strategic impact on the technical and business environment.

Advanced project/program management certifications including PMP, ITIL, Prince2, MSP, etc.

6 or more years of relevant work experience in senior program management or executive leadership roles.

5+ years of experience in technical wireless deployment management, with a strong focus on Private 5G or complex cellular enterprise deployments at an international scale.

Extensive experience in strategic program planning and providing executive leadership across diverse teams and projects.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing decisions at the highest organizational levels.

Willingness to travel up to 50% for critical international engagements.

15+ years of Professional Services program delivery leadership, managing portfolios of multi-million dollar projects.

Proven track record of success with complex, large-scale Private 5G deployments that have significantly impacted business growth.

Proven ability to engage, negotiate with, and manage relationships with clients at the C-Level, acting as a trusted advisor.

Executive leadership ability with outstanding communications and team-building skills across multiple international work locations and diverse organizational structures.

Deep technical acumen to understand, design, and solve complex network and application layer challenges from both a strategic design and executive problem management perspective.
