Solutions Manager- ad campaigns
Job Description
- Technically validate and thoroughly scope a variety of different customer experiences, providing in depth functional requirements and timelines, aligned with creative, technical, legal teams, testing teams, etc.
- Project manage complex campaigns from the conceptual phase to go live, utilizing various project management methodologies to ensure success
- Constantly develop and drive new advertising product innovations that are outside of our standard product card by engaging with customers, creative teams and management to deliver unique solutions for our strategic advertising partners
- Manage ad hoc requests for new advertising concepts that can be delivered rapidly in a quickly and thoroughly manner
- Manage client meetings to assess goals, objectives and requests in terms of advertising solutions to drive forward required solutions
- Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit.
- Develop overall solution plans that meet operational requirements, project manage the execution of custom advertising solutions and ensure that stakeholders have all the inputs required.

The Solutions Manager contractor will be part of the EU Brand Innovation Lab team on the entertainment and hospitality vertical which is part of the overall Client Ads team. They are primarily responsible for delivering sold campaigns and ensuring internal and external stakeholders are keeping to deadlines and deliverables, foreseeing any risks and providing solutions, problem solving. Our goal as a team is to innovate and unlock new opportunities for clients while utilizing the Client canvas (Fresh, Prime Video, Fire TV, Branded Lockers, etc.). As we unlock more business we need extra Solution Manager support to run the executions.
Key job responsibilities. Internal syncs to check in on progress of projects and clearly communicating updates to relevant stakeholders. Sourcing information on deliverables and deep diving to ensure solutions are feasible.
You will be working closely with our creative and design technology team to build a campaign from scratch and aligning the vision across all partners.

Expert Project Management Skillset
- At least 5 years of experience, completely fluent in English
- Experienced with our tools Salesforce, Asana, Slack, Excel, PowerPoint
- A track record of successfully working with big brands on ad campaigns as a program/project/solution manager
- Confident and clear communicator
- A positive can do attitude
- An eagerness to overcome blockers and be solution orientated
- Must be able to handle ambiguity and create structure around it
