Role Title: Change & Adoption Lead - Copilot

Location: Sheffield -3 days per week

Duration: 30/11/2026

Pay Rate: £613 per day

Role Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the change strategy for introducing Microsoft Copilot across the organisation.
• Define and execute the adoption plan, manage pilots and phased rollouts, and create engaging communications to drive awareness.
• Design training programs and learning paths for different user groups, track adoption, gather feedback, and continuously improve enablement materials.

Key Skills:

• Change management, stakeholder engagement, training design, communication strategy, digital adoption experience.
