Role Title: Collab Engineer

Location: BARROW IN FURNESS, Cumbria, LA14 4BN - full onsite/expenses: not payable

Duration: 3 months + potential extension

Pay Rate: £519 per day all inc. (PAYE through Umbrella)

Summary
\n Based in Barrow up to 5 days a week.
\n The focus of your role
\n Be responsible for the completion of assigned works within allocated timeframes
\n Undertake Project Tasks, supporting Project Managers
\n Possess exceptional customer handling skills
\n
Your skills and experience
\n Components - VMware workspace 1 and CyberArk
\n Provide technical guidance and overview for the build and deployment of new/replacement tablets
\n For Vmware Workspace One device policy maintenance ensure the device policies are maintained and updated according to business needs.
\n Carry out version updates to Vmware Workspace ONE
\n An in-depth knowledge and good understanding of Microsoft Windows O/S (Windows 10 & Windows 7), including build, configuration and registry settings is required, along with a level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
\n SCCM experience including OS deployment, application deployment, faulting finding, monitoring and reporting desired
\n Networks experience to include an understanding of LAN/WAN/vLAN and Wi-Fi technologies, DHCP, DNS/WINS, PXE and VPN/remote connectivity
\n Automation - Understanding of Scripting technologies such as PowerShell, VB Scripting, and batch Files is beneficial
\n Security - knowledge of disk encryption using bit locker, NTFS permissions and shared folder security
\n An appreciation of the Microsoft Exchange environment, email client configuration, MS Outlook, instant messaging tools (Skype for business), along with general etiquette
\n Computer peripherals - including but not limited to printers (including MFD's), display screens, docking stations, port replicators, cameras and scanners
\n Working Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) software (ServiceNow)
