Rate: £537 per day (PAYE through FCSA Umbrella)

Essential Skills and Experience
Communications and Engagement
Experience delivering communications and engagement activities within large transformation programmes.
Experience developing communication strategies and communication plans.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Experience delivering change communications in complex organisational environments.

Change Management
Understanding of organisational change management principles.
Experience supporting business readiness and adoption initiatives.
Knowledge of stakeholder analysis and engagement methodologies.
Experience operating within programme delivery environments.

Content Development
Excellent written communication skills.
Ability to translate complex programme information into clear, compelling messages.
Experience producing communications for audiences at all organisational levels.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Stakeholder Management
Ability to engage effectively with: Senior leaders; Business managers; SMEs; Project teams; Corporate Communications teams; End-user communities; Strong influencing and negotiation skills.

Desirable Experience
SAP S/4HANA transformation experience.
Experience within large ERP implementation programmes.
Change Management certification (Prosci, APMG, or equivalent).
Internal communications or corporate communications background.
Experience working in regulated, public sector, utilities, defence, or highly governed environments.
