Job Description:

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Azure Service Bus, D365, Power Automate, Scripting, L2/L3 support, teamwork, public sector IT understanding

Key Focus Areas

• Implementation, testing, support, Azure, Power Automate

Technical Expertise:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Automate.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure Service Bus and message queue systems.
• Familiarity with integration patterns and secure data transfer.

Development Skills:

• Experience with Azure cloud services and automation.
• Proficiency in relevant programming/Scripting languages (eg, C#, PowerShell)

Support & Maintenance:

• Background in L2/L3 support, incident management, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work within defined service levels and support processes.

Collaboration & Communication:
Effective team player with good communication and documentation skills.
