Role Title: Junior Backend Engineer
Location: Glasgow/Hybrid-2/3 days
Duration: 31/12/2026
Rate: 323GBP/Day(Inside IR35)

Role Description:
*Role Overview:*
You will focus on the Real Time, transactional side of the integration layer. Your primary task is to build the APIs and specific trading adaptors required to route orders and data between internal systems and external order management networks.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Build secure, low-latency RESTful or event-driven APIs.
- Develop a robust trading adaptor capable of translating internal data models into standard trading protocols.
- Ensure high reliability and precise logging for all executed transactions to meet auditing standards.

*Required Skills:*

- Strong Back End programming skills
- Experience designing and building robust APIs.
- Familiarity with financial messaging formats and order execution logic.
- A plus: Understanding of financial instruments, specifically structured products and derivatives
