Job Description:

We are seeking a Network Test Automation Specialist to join the Minerva Platform team, supporting the development and delivery of the Self-Assessment Risking solution for HMRC. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks for SAS Viya 4 applications and data pipelines.

You'll work in an Agile environment, collaborating with Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Business Analysts to ensure comprehensive test coverage, CI/CD integration, and quality assurance across analytics and integration components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement test automation strategies for SAS Viya 4 applications (Visual Analytics & Intelligent Decisioning).

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, PyTest, JUnit.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, GitLab).

• Conduct API, integration, and regression testing across data pipelines.

• Manage test data, defect tracking, and environment provisioning.

• Collaborate effectively within Agile ceremonies and with key stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in test automation within data and analytics environments.

• Strong Scripting skills (Python, Shell) and knowledge of REST APIs.

• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, Jenkins, GitLab).

• Exposure to containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with SAS Viya architecture (VA, ID, CAS) is preferred.
