Role Title: SRE Performance Testing
Location: Farnborough
Duration: 31/03/2026
Work setup: 3 days onsite

Role Description:

• Design and implement performance testing strategies using tools like JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner.
• Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support performance testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure applications meet performance and reliability standards.
• Automate operational tasks using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Python scripts.
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems (eg, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Participate in incident response and conduct root cause analysis for performance-related issues.
• Document performance benchmarks, testing procedures, and system configurations.
