Knowledge Management Architecture Lead
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to support a global Knowledge Management Transformation program for a leading international hospitality organization. The successful candidate will help define future-state knowledge architecture, information structures, governance models, and AI-readiness capabilities while working closely with business and technology stakeholders across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
Define future-state information and knowledge architecture.
Assess current-state knowledge ecosystems, repositories, and content structures.
Design metadata models, taxonomy frameworks, and semantic structures.
Support development of Knowledge Management operating models and governance frameworks.
Contribute to AI-readiness assessments and knowledge enablement strategies.
Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
Define migration approaches for knowledge assets and content repositories.
Collaborate with architecture, platform, and transformation teams.
Prepare executive-level recommendations and transformation roadmaps.
Required Experience
5+ years of consulting experience.
Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Information Architecture, or Knowledge Management initiatives.
Strong understanding of content governance, taxonomy, metadata, and knowledge ecosystems.
Experience in digital transformation programs.
Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
Experience working in multinational environments.
Preferred Experience
Knowledge Management transformation programs.
SharePoint, Confluence, ServiceNow, LeanIX, or similar platforms.
AI-enabled knowledge solutions and semantic technologies.
Hospitality, travel, or large enterprise environments.
Location
London, UK (hybrid)
Occasional travel may be required.
