Senior Database Architect

We are a Global Recruitment specialist that provides support to the clients across EMEA, APAC, US and Canada

Role Title: Senior Database Architect
Pay rate: 540-580/day inside IR35
Contract duration: 6 months
Location: London (Hybrid)

Proven experience in PostgreSQL database administration
Minimum experience should be 14 years.
Recommended 5 years of experience of DB2 to Postgres migration and should have successfully done some migrations.
Strong knowledge of performance tuning, query optimization, and replication.
Experience with backup and recovery strategies.
Familiarity with cloud-based PostgreSQL deployments (AWS).
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Good to have knowledge of CDC tools like Precisely, zDIH etc.
Capability to implement CDC in both directions (Postgres, DB2 and vice versa).
Good to have (NOT a must) BluAge certification/knowledge and supported any migration using BluAge Transformatio
Minimum experience: 14 years with recommended 5 years of experience of DB2 to Postgres migration
