ServiceNow Test Analyst- Active SC Clearance

Role Title: ServiceNow Test Analyst- Active SC Clearance
Location: Preston UK, Hybrid - 70% remote, 30% onsite
Duration: 3 initial months contract
Rate: 411GBP/Day(Inside IR35)

Role Description:
Role & Responsibilities
The candidate should have experience in the following areas:
Experience operating within SIAM/OI environments and working with ServiceNow ITSM processes, including Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge and CMDB management.
Proven experience supporting Service Transition, conducting Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR), readiness assessments and supporting Early Life Support (ELS) activities.
Ability to develop and govern Test Strategies, Test Plans and support Verification & Validation (V&V) activities across cross-functional teams.
Experience facilitating workshops, leading Test Readiness Reviews (TRR), managing stakeholders and supporting governance forums and boards.
Strong supplier, stakeholder and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to drive delivery and readiness outcomes across multiple teams.

Working Arrangements
Hybrid working model.
Travel to client sites will be required on an as-needed basis.
The resource should be flexible and capable of supporting additional workstreams ( OAT/XP etc) as the programme evolves and grows.
