Pay rate £553 per day inside IR35

Role Description

Key Responsibilities
Design and architect Sitecore-based solutions aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
Lead development teams through the full software life cycle: planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Define and enforce Sitecore best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to developers.
Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems (Marketo, Analytics, Search).
Oversee Sitecore upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and accessibility standards.

Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Sitecore development and architecture.
Deep knowledge of Sitecore XP/XM Cloud, JSS, and Headless architecture.
Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and RESTful APIs.
Experience with Front End technologies like JavaScript, React or Next.js.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Sitecore Certification (Developer or Architect) preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure).
Understanding of containerization (Docker).
Exposure to privacy compliance tools (eg, OneTrust).
