Job Description:

A tech Specialist is responsible for designing and configuring Learning/Workday modules, implementing business rules, and customizing the system based on business needs.
They specialize in one or more modules including Talent, translate business requirements into technical configurations, develop custom reports, manage security roles, and support system updates. Additionally, they troubleshoot issues, support integrations, provide user training, and document system configurations and changes.

- Designs and configures Workday modules/Overall hands-on configuration in WD
- Implements business rules- create condition rules and complex calculated fields
- Customizes the system
- Develops reports
- Manages security roles- understands security models
- Provides user training
