Job Title: AEP Business Consultant
Location: Shoreditch (Hybrid/Remote)
Duration: 6-month contract initially
What You'll Do:
- Lead inspiring business discovery workstreams, and perform industry and customer research to establish the customer’s ‘why’.
- Collaborate with Principal Consultants, technical consultants and partner with customer team members on relevant business goals and critical metrics.
- Research and define customer requirements and build ideal state customer journey-based experiences. Be able to connect these with opportunities for improved digital customer experience through Adobe technology.
- Research and define customer personas and build ideal state customer journey maps.
- Build customer roadmaps, develop, and lead execution of the tactical plans to implement the next phase of the roadmap.
- Ideate use cases to support overarching business priorities. Take lead in building scenarios and use cases to challenge customers to look beyond the obvious.
- Develop value mapping exercises and drive the prioritization of use case recommendations according to value & complexity.
- Take ownership in creation of user stories, establishing KPI baseline and backlog prioritization, and report back on customer’s digital marketing performance on a recurring basis.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- You are a motivated marketeer or business consultant, knowledgeable about current digital marketing trends, with some experience in implementing creative digital marketing strategies that provide outstanding customer experiences!
- Bachelor’s or higher in computer science, business administration, or equivalent
- You are a practitioner with digital marketing tactics that move the dial on success metrics.
- Customer Persona and Journey Development: Extensive experience building personas and customer journeys aligned to these. Data / audience strategy development expertise.
- Ideally 5+ years' experience ideally working with customers in the digital world, preferably from an agency or vendor perspective, or client-side involvement in a dynamic environment. Industry centric (Banking, Retail, Travel or Telecom) experience in B2B or B2C focus can be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing landscape in the areas of attribution, performance marketing or marketing automation.
- Business user or technical user experience with industry-leading Web analytics, CDP or personalization tools like CJA/Adobe Analytics, AJO or Adobe Campaign, Target or similar
- Be a self-starter, confident, opinionated, and proactive, you should gain the trust of customers and internal teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, and presentation skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to formulate, plan and drive customer facing workshops, discovery sessions and project activities, including senior level stakeholder management.
- Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Comfortable in communication in English, ability to communicate in German is a plus, any other European langauges are an added advantage (Italian, French etc....)
- Able to travel, as fit for customer engagements.
