Job Title: Platform Controller

Location: West London, UK

Job Type: Full-time, 12 Months with possible extension.

Work Model: Onsite

Must-Haves:

• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts (days/nights) onsite in West London and be able to get to work for 7am/7pm on any day of the week (including Bank Holidays).

• Solid IT Skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Good problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Previous experience in a service/ help desk role. Experience of Service Now products.

• Experience of Platform systems & workflows.

• Experience of Broadcast (DTH, OTT, IPTV & VOD) Platforms systems and workflows.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience in professional roles.
